Pre-Construction
Wind River Builders provide every client with an accurate and detailed cost breakdown at each design phase in addition to construction schedules. We pride ourselves in providing our clients with a full-scale mock wall. Encompassing every aspect of the design helps our clients make pertinent decisions. It also helps our building team figure out the best process for the assemblies come together.
Construction
During construction, clients are consistently updated through our project management portal. Our project managers are dedicated to your home to ensure accurate estimating, accurate review of selections, and accurate scheduling to name but a few. We engage the team with weekly field reports and ensure all teams are committed to the procurement process. Clear communication and a predictable process is at the core of our management philosophy.
Post-Construction
Our goal is the lasting relationship. The project does not end when our clients receive their homes. We provide our owners with detailed equipment manuals, a walk thru of their home, and constant interaction to ensure everything in operating as expected. Beyond the typical one year warrant, we strive to be in accordance with our clients.
